Gray Reed Advisory Services has announced Vicky Fang as its new Managing Principal. In her role, Fang will lead the expansion of the Advisory practice and work closely with client executives and business leaders to provide innovative solutions for navigating complex business challenges.
For more than 20 years, Fang has advised clients ranging from private equity firms and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, business strategy, financial analysis and public company readiness. She has held leadership positions at prominent companies such as PwC, Goldman Sachs, Ernst & Young, Tyco Flow Control and TravelClick. She is also a co-founder of Mergeflo, an M&A software start-up.

Before joining Gray Reed Advisory Services, Fang served as the Transaction Advisory Services Leader at Resources Global Professionals (RGP) where she spent six years growing the National M&A Advisory practice.

Fang holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
